Mortgage loan originators from across the Country have used our one-on-one coaching to show them the way, instead of the self-taught expensive and time consuming trial and error after error methods on their own.

Each one of our Mentors below carry our Certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) designation - a distinction with an important difference when matched up against other mortgage industry Mentors or trainers.
Given today's challenges, our faculty will help you focus better, as they have already made all those mistakes you're making, plus the one's you'll make next month too! They can show you short-cuts, so 'work won't be too much work.' Getting in business is easy; staying in business can be demanding – we can help you with solutions. You need to reach higher! 

Our Mentors help business owners, and others mortgage professionals manage their time, set their priorities, and stay focused so they can achieve their goals, grow their business, and be more successful.  Having a qualified and available Mentor will help those who are struggling to serve customers, and is an excellent way to reap rewards, without getting the bumps and bruises that often accompany gaining new ground on your own.

How it Works

4  Take a look at the Bio & Resume below for each available Mentor.

Decide which one you would like, and pay your Mentor Program tuition ($300 per hour with a minimum 2 hour commitment).
4 Next, we'll schedule you with your choice to begin the process and your access to them.
4  Your Counselor will mentor you in designing effective strategies to successfully accomplish your objectives, whatever they are. Simple or complex, all's up to what you want, they don't have a set agenda for you; we can be flexible.
4  They will call you a minimum of every other week for a one-on-one thirty (30) minute mentoring session (depending on the number of hours you selected).  You can accelerate this time-table if you like, they can be very accommodating. Several of them can be available more frequently, and even face to face if necessary.

Maybe you're just looking for a smaller/simpler commitment for only a couple of bucks right now. If so, then check out our EMA program instead, for all those quick shorter answers you need.

Russell E. Boyd, Esq., CMP
Russ Boyd is a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker affiliated with Re/Max Mid Peninsula Realty and National Financial, in San Mateo, California. Russ began his career in the mortgage industry over 35 years ago as a branch manager with Beneficial Mortgage Services. In the years that followed he was the founding president and a director of Commercial Pacific Savings Bank; directed the operations, secondary marketing and sales groups of Insured Loans Systems, Financial Center Mortgage, a division of Financial Center Bank, and Burlingame Funding Corporation. Subsequently, while serving as Senior Vice President at First Franklin Financial Corporation he participated in product development and the introduced credit scoring into risk management, loan originations and secondary marketing sales. He then opened a mortgage operations and loan origination center for United Companies, allowing the 50 year old NYSE listed company to expand its wholesale lending to the western United States. Prior to his current position Russ offered his expertise by consulting for VLDC Technologies, a dot com mortgage start up. Russ earned his Juris Doctorate in 1996 while maintaining a full time career. Andrew has been in the mortgage industry since 1994 and in the past five years has grown his own mortgage company from a one man shop to over 20 mortgage consultants with multiple offices. Peter Samuel Cugno, CMP

David W. Donhoff, CMP
David Donhoff has been in finance over 25 years and in the last decade has grown No Bull Financial into a full service “Leverage Planning” firm including mortgage origination and processing, real estate default workouts and bailouts (and investments,) investment grade life insurance and annuity planning, and estate and retirement planning.
